Admission Criteria

Individual must be at least eighteen years of age-Sponsor Program 

Individual must have a primary diagnosis of a developmental disability and may have a secondary diagnosis of a mental illness

Individual must have a Community Living Waiver (Sponsor Home)

Individual may have a FIS, CL, and BI Waiver (Community Engagement)

Community Engagement for Adults and Children (10-17 years old)

Communicable diseases must be discussed prior to admission

Physical with a negative Tuberculosis screen must be completed prior to admission
